I'm quite shocked this couch has such high reviews. After owning for 3 months I can agree that it's pretty comfy as a bed but has two major design floors - it is not very comfortable as a couch and needs constant adjusting to find the spot to sit. If you don't sit far back you roll forward off the couch and when it is open as a bed the final piece at the foot end does not sit entirely flush. For taller people (6ft and above) this means you don't lie completely flat and it inhibits a good night's sleep.

Extremely easy process to order, arrange delivery and assemble. Super comfy, more so than expected. Just love it.

Bought the 1.5 seater in Gum. Super comfortable and looks great in the lounge room. Delivery was easy. I rescheduled a few times too with no problems.
